Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Residents)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from certain contracts concluded with us online, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of conclusion.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay an amount proportional to the services provided until the time you informed us of your withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Contracts for the provision of accommodation or short-term rental services for a specific date or period.

  • Fully performed services where performance began with your prior express consent and you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once performance was complete.
