Max Co-Host is a proprietary software platform owned and operated by Larenting Group LLC, a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

2. Scope of Service

Max Co-Host is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution offering multichannel communication, automation, and reporting capabilities tailored for the short-term rental and hospitality industry. The platform provides systemized tools to facilitate guest communication via WhatsApp, Telegram, web interfaces, and email.

Larenting Group LLC does not broker, manage, or operate any physical real estate or travel services. Max Co-Host serves strictly as a communication facilitation system.

3. User Responsibilities

By accessing the platform, users agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and lawful information.
Use the service solely in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
Not upload or transmit any malicious, infringing, or unauthorized content through the service.

4. Payments & Fees

Service subscriptions and usage fees are displayed prior to checkout. Charges are billed through approved third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). All payments are final unless explicitly covered under a written service agreement.

Where applicable, pricing excludes taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Larenting Group LLC is the data controller for all information collected via the Max Co-Host platform.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and, where required, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users. Data may be stored in secure environments within the United States and subject to protective legal agreements for international data transfers.

6. Consumer Rights (EU Region Only)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union and subscribe to a paid service, you are entitled to cancel within 14 days of activation, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

To cancel, notify le***@************up.com in writing. If service has commenced and consent was given to begin use within the cancellation period, partial fees may apply.

7. Cookies & Consent

Max Co-Host uses cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience. Users from jurisdictions requiring consent (e.g. the European Union) will be prompted to provide explicit consent before non-essential cookies are activated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, branding, user interface elements, and design patterns associated with Max Co-Host are the exclusive intellectual property of Larenting Group LLC. Unauthorized copying, resale, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Larenting Group LLC provides the Max Co-Host platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We shall not be liable for:

Downtime or service failure originating from third-party platforms or integrations.
Errors or delays in communication caused by user configuration or network issues.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive EU-based consumers of any rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
